six months old

KG.  this month has been a whirlwind.  i feel like i blinked and you were a different baby.  you are getting such a sweet personality.  you smile constantly.  your laugh is contagious.  you make my heart melt.

this past month…

• kg is 15 lbs and 26.5 inches after a major growth spurt.
• she loves playing on her floor mat and rolling from side to side.
• kg started eating solids this month including: squash, sweet potatoes, and rice cereal.  she definitely lets us know when she's hungry.
• her favorite blankie is the orange and fuscia aden and anais bamboo muslin.  she can't sleep unless it is right next to her face.
• she still loves her paci.
• kg can pass things back and forth between her hands.
• when on her tummy she tries really hard to get her knees underneath her.
• her favorite thing to do is watch evie dance.
• kg is still wearing size 2 diapers and 3-6 month clothes.
• she really loves bath time.
• her high pitched squawk sounds like a little fire alarm with low batteries.
• kg is almost sitting up...probably a few weeks to go...
• she has mild stranger anxiety.

• kg found her feet this month and likes to use them as a chew toy.
