this past month…
• evie is now 9 lbs 8 ozs & almost 22 inches long. she is in the 25th percentile for her age/size.
• evie sucks on her hands for comfort.
• she is beginning to communicate by smiling & coo-ing!
• evie is sleeping a 6-7 hour stretch at night with only one middle of the night feeding.
• she is napping extremely well & is more predictable since we implemented "S.L.O.W" from baby whisperer & "wake, sleep, eat" from babywise.

• evie is beginning to enjoy her bath time at night.
• mommy & daddy had their first date night this month.
• evie still loves white noise, & being swaddled.

• she will stare at our faces & interact with us for a few minutes at time.
• evie has lost some of her hair & has a bald spot on the back of her head.
• she is wearing size 1 diapers & fits nicely in to her 0-3 month clothes.
• mommy went back to work this month, so evie spends her mornings with her daddy.
• evie made her first trip to the ER because of a high fever - all was okay thank goodness!

Oh my, trip to the ER - scary!! What happened? I will probably freak out when Adeline gets sick for the first time. I made Andrew google "projectile spitup" in the middle of the night last night to make sure it was normal :)
